The Hex19 Geekcast Ep. 32 - Sam Neill is Dinosaur Man

Many new TV shows are premiering this year, so we decided to review one. On this week's episode of The Hex19 Geekcast, we take a look at JJ Abrams latest sci-fi property, Alcatraz. We also discuss Halo: Reach's data transition to Microsoft, Game of Thrones Season 2 sneak peeks, and the world's largest dodgeball game. Basically, we get angry at a whole lot of people; it's fun for the entire family! If you have a comment for the Hex19 crew, be sure to send an email to hex19show@gmail.com (we'll read it on the air). To listen to the show you can subscribe on iTunes/RSS, or stream the episode in your browser after the break.

The 2011 Hex19 Awards

Yes, it's that time of year again. By again, we actually mean for the first time. Welcome to the 1st Annual Hex19 Awards for Geek Culture! On this episode of the show we honor our favorite video games, movies and TV shows of 2011 (and much more). There are a few rules for eligibility. The award winners must have been released during the 2011 calendar year. In the case of television, we try to only judge the episodes that have been released in 2011. Also, we don't get a chance to see and play everything; we can only award things that we know. If there's something awesome that you think we missed out on, send an email to hex19show@gmail.com, and we'll check it out. You can subscribe to the Hex19 Geekcast on iTunes / RSS, or stream the episode after the break, where a full list of nominees and award winners is available.
